Tiger CDI Free (there's a catch!)

Anybody want a new but not functioning Tiger CDI for free? I suspect it probably has a cold solder joint somewhere in it or something as simple. I have not opened it up. I dod not know how to be safe around capacitors and suspect that this thing may have enough capacity to restart Jimmy Hoffa's heart if they could just find him. I used it in Bussy for about 3-4 months. It made some difference on cold starts, idle smoothness and I could tell the difference on some hills that were regular driving pattern for me. I say 'new' because I consider that only a few months like that IS still new. I say non-functioning because it stopped working at all one day... I felt that it had never lived up to the hype and suspect that it always did have a problem. I say cold solder joint because it just strikes me as having too much resistance somewhere causing it to be a slow learner and never quite live up to it's potential. Kinda like what the teachers used to say about me, but thats another story... Anyway, if ya want it to see if you can get it working, you pay the shipping and it's all yours. I don't know how much paperwork I can find, but I'm sure John Connolly has all the hookup info available. I no longer have an engine to use it on otherwise I might be tempted to look for the fault myself. Soobey has full engine management system! -BaH
