Do any of you out there have a ragtop with one of these break down racks? Do they clear the top when folded back?? I know, I could ask the vendors but I'd rather know for sure.

an honorable vendor isn't going to lie to you to make the sale.
No, the ragtop does NOT clear (easily) the racks.
