1990 240 DL Timing Belt Replacement

What should the average cost (parts and labor) be for a timing belt replacement on a 1990 240 DL (sedan)?

Don't want to get ripped off at a shop...

I've replaced the timing belt twice on my '89 240 wagon... the belt was around $15-20 at an autoparts store (AutoZone, I think), and the job took me maybe 2 hours, working slowly. Easiest timing belt I've ever replaced on any of my previous cars!

Couple hundred bucks at most, or you can do it yourself for about $30 if you've got the time and some standard tools.

Check the water pump too, if there's any play in the shaft have it replaced while they're in there.
