94 850 wagon, squeaky rear suspension. (pic)

Right rear, bumps & uneven pavement generate a rubber-to-metal grunt/squeak with occasional clunking. Inspection reveals nothing rubbing, but the rubber trailing arm mount looks a bit odd:

don't know what a new one looks like, so, if anyone thinks this onelooks worn out, please let me know. Are there any other rubber suspension bits that tend to go by 188K miles?
