Do i have to state all the accidents my car has been in when i go to sell it? It looks spotless from the outside but its been crashed numerous times :) the insides are all shook up. Wouldn't notice it just by looking but the left front is higher up than the right :-P

One ditch, One kurb (broke suspension) One sharp kurb (broke lower suspension/ball joint/) [wheel was hanging]

last edition is my own, first two was my sister, she didn't tell me till after i had bought it though of course :-|

That's alot of $$$ for a car that needs a heater core and 147k miles.

That's LA. Who needs a heater core in LA. It probably doesn't have any rust compared to the northeast.

Yes, we have RUST but LA has SMOG!

Still? I would have thought that the SMOG would be lower by now. If you want SMOG, go to some of those third world country cities like Mexico, Beijing, Bangkok. The brown haze is not fog. :) Not to mention the unsealed concrete structures out there especially Beijing and most all of China's cities. The dust from the concrete is gagging.

Not sure if this is true but 7 or so years ago I was told the smog(ozone) in some of the big cities cause rubber made stuff to deteriorate very quickly. He commented that on cars in California, tires, weather-strips, vacuum hoses, etc quickly deteriorate.
