What is the VW factory/shop work-time for a scheduled ATF, filter and gasket change on a 096 type (CNK code) automatic transmission? I've had quotes from some local VW dealers and specialists which vary from GBP95 to GBP208. The major difference must be the labour time...

For my 99.5 Golf the transmission service period is 100K Kms... I did the fluid change at 90K Kms because the shifts were getting a little harsh.
