Its a Jetta IV. I had the car serviced, and they said that they found a brake light out, and a relay cover missing. The relay box was replaced. The NEXT DAY my turn signals stopped working completely, including when I try to put on the hazards. I called the VW dealer where I had the service, and told them the flashers stopped working right after the service. He said that it was probably the relay, and offered to fix it for $70. Could the relay that's effecting the turn signals be the same one they replaced?
