Acura TSX 2004 I removed the plastic Manifold Cover, and noticed leakage stain on the corner bolt of the Cylinder Head Cover, see pics, red circle :

This is not good right ? is it some washer or gasket gone bad ?

Also, it is quite dirty (like soot) at the bottom of the Cylinder Head Cover - does this indicate a problem ?
