95 chevy surging at low rpms

95 Chevy 4x4 5.7 auto trans. surges at idle and at low rpms

could the EGR valve cause this .

Your fuel is being choked or increased by a blockage or a leak

I had the same thing on mine and the o rings in the trottle body around the injectors were screwed, I changed them and it is fine now. A new fuel filter doesnt hurt either.
