The bolt you need to remove is actually a stud. I believe it is the lower
(front of Car) nut. With the nut off you can remove the stud (with an
external torx) socket or wrench. With the stud removed you can remove the
sleeve/spacer. It doesn't come out very easily but it does come out. You
don't have to support the engine as the rest of the mount is still attached.
