I poured large amount of injector cleaner into tank. even removed the secondary filter filled it with cleaner and replaced it. changed out air cleaner and primary fuel filter. Inspected engine and transmission mounts nothing seems amiss there. Vibration and noise still present .

Check the motor mounts. Engine may have shifted and is no longer on its
>mounts. Exhaust pipe may be cracked as a result of the shift.
