How do I flush my 306 94 XND radiator (I've lost My Haynes Manual)

Hello, I cannot find my Haynes manual since moving house, I need to flush my radiator, but I ve pulled the hose of what I though would do it, but it is dribbling out. There must be a quicker way to get all the coolant out?

Any help appreciated..
