future of Dodge Charger?

A while back Dodge said that they would not make a RHD Charger until the Australian car makers close in 2017, as the cost of developing the RHD was not worth it for a small market. Now Fiat have decided to shitcan the RWD 300C in 2018, and the Charger shares the platform with that. Alfa Romeo's next RWD platform seems to be aimed at something a little smaller than the Charger (e.g. BMW 3). So what will happen to one of the last 4-door RWD sedans in the USA?
