What this means
⚠ Book a service. The codes you entered describe faults that get worse, or more expensive, if left.
What to doBook a workshop inspection. Normal driving is usual with these faults, but they should not be left indefinitely.

  1. P0507 — Fuel and air metering (service soon). The engine is idling faster than the computer commanded. Unmetered air is usually getting in somewhere.

Checks to do first, in order

  1. Inspect intake hoses, the PCV system and the throttle body gasket for leaks.
  2. Check that the throttle plate closes fully and is not held open by carbon.
  3. Have the idle relearn procedure performed after any cleaning.
