What this means
⚠ Book a service. The codes you entered describe faults that get worse, or more expensive, if left.
What to doBook a workshop inspection. Normal driving is usual with these faults, but they should not be left indefinitely.

  1. P2195 — Emissions control (service soon). The upstream oxygen sensor on bank 1 is stuck reporting a lean signal. The reading is not responding the way a working sensor does.

Checks to do first, in order

  1. Look for exhaust leaks ahead of the sensor, which make a healthy sensor read permanently lean.
  2. Check for intake vacuum leaks and unmetered air after the mass air flow sensor.
  3. Have fuel pressure and injector delivery checked before replacing the sensor.
