My 4runner trips occasionally on code 25. I have reset the ECM only to have it trip 50 - 100km later. The first time it tripped was just after I cleaned my K&N airfilter. It has tripped under acceleration and while cruising on the hwy. I have tried fuel injector cleaner to no avail. Any help would be appreciated.
