The window froze midway today. Removed door panel, cracked pulleys and twisted wire on the regulator. Anybody change this out yourself? Can I do this? The regulator goes for over $300. I suspect a dealer repair would be 25% the value of the car. I got the window up and stuffed a toilet plunger beneath it for support and unplugged the motor.Hints? Thanks.
