2003 Dodge Caravan OBD ll connector?

Need help, where is the connector for my OBD ll Code Reader? Can't seem to find it.

Federal Laws mandate it be within 18" reach of the driver's hands in normal seated position. look under the edge of the dash. Usually, towards the center console.
