2005 V6 Hesitation

Very well known issue.

It is the infamous Toyota 'drive by wire' and five speed transmission issue.

Has nothing to do with your gas.

Return the car. There are floods of Toyo's and Lexi out there that can't be fixed. Many model years are involved.

Why be a victim? Give them the message that your hard-earned money ain't a joke. And don't believe the guff the dealers like to spread that they can 'flash' your car and fix the problem. Yeah, they can flash your car but the problem only goes away for about two weeks. Bye bye 30 days if your timing is bad. Yours to keep and suffer with. Have fun with a lemon-law return, you'll grow gray.

I drive a 5sp auto that doesn't have any of this crap going on. (Non-Toyota/Lexus badge.)

Find a brand that fulfills your expectations and buy it.
