Fault code 2-3-1 long term fuel trim part load

My '93 965 has been running a little rich for months. I have replaced the O2 sensor (out of spec), the AMM (out of spec), fixed a leaking vacuum line and swapped out the coil packs with my S90. The only fault code remaining is 2-3-1, indicating the fuel mixture is too rich or too lean. What tests should I perform before guessing the catalytic converter has been damaged by overheating due to the rich mixture? Thanks.

A bad convertor won't set that code. For the 2-3-1 code, you need to look at air mass meter, vacuum leaks, fuel pressure, leaking injectors, or injectors with a poor spray pattern.
