I own a Chevy Deville 1994 model, its been some time since i had it and i never checked the transmission fluid, One night when coming back i noticed that it could not move more than 30 m/h after checking it i noticed that the transmission fluid was down , so i filled it up and now it can travel no more than 50 miles /hour , does it mean that the transmission is now Bad
