Any good audi shop or specialist in North virginia or DC area? Need to replace ignition switch and starter. any idea on how much it will cost. My audi is 95 audi A6.

Curry's (two locations: Chantilly and Ashburn, VA) has good rep for working on german cars, but their labor rates can be pretty steep - ask for an estimate first.

There's also Induktion Motorsports recently opened in Hanover, MD, operated by a few friendly AudiWorld folks (Ed and Mat).
