The car is a 1999 328i (U.S.) with about 65,000 miles.
With temp set at 59o and ambient air at 85o:
1 - Passenger side center and right vents produce warm (ca. 70o) air while driver's vents produce cooled air (ca. 40o)
2 - Passenger's vents cannot be shut off. Neither rotary knob has any effect.
3 - Driver's vents can be shut off and then cool air will come from passenger vents.
4 - Recirculating air switch has no effect - seems to always be in fresh air mode. (This condition has existed for a while and may be unrelated to the above)
All 3 A/C fuses are OK. Anyone have any suggestions?
