Just inherited a beautiful 1990 Fleetwood from a friend, thats been sitting around parked for 2 years. Ran before just fine... now, no fuel getting to throttle body but supposedly ? kicks over when primed. I'm going to change fuel filter and shoot tranny fluid on top of cylinders for lube before starting the beast. Kind of a rookie, would appreciate any advice. Thanks.

Don't shoot anything into the cylinders.
Crank it a bit to circulate the lube oil, change the fuel filter and start it up.
Be sure the brakes and tires are OK before driving at any speed.
