Problem:
Truck - 1994 Chevy Silverado 4.3 liter V-6 automatic transmission 3 sp with overdrive.
My truck is experiencing a power hesitation "surging" during a constent speed (any speed held steady is affected) in that the engine will hesitate slightly and regain again in cycles during highway speeds. The speed control is not a factor as it will do it with and without speed control. The throttle can be held constent and it still hesitates in and out on power. Note: Transmission had recently been rebuilt
Any answers to this problem will be greatly apprieciated.
