The compressor I put on my truck said it was prefilled with oil. I tried to drain the oil out but nothing. I did expect 1 1/2 oz of ICE as a lot of them come with that. I put 4 oz in and spun it around. I poured this out and just got 4 oz. This is the third go around I am having with this thing and the first time I suspected I had too much oil in the system. I flushed everything out and the system needs 8 oz. Did these guys just forget to prfill the compressor?

Sounds like they neglected the prefill. If you put four ounces in, get four ounces out. Do the hokey pokey, and shake it all about.
