Power Locks and Keyless Entry

I pretty recently bought a 2001 S-10 LS. I am really enjoying it so far. Unfortunately, it only has manual locks. I would like to upgrade to power locks and a keyless entry system. Money isn't *that* big of a problem, but I would prefer to not spend any more than $300 or so. My question is, can anybody recommend a good, quality system that won't cost me an arm and a leg? Am I better off scouring Ebay and/or other websites, or simply going to one of the car electronics places in town? Any help will be greatly appreciated...

cost me $100 for the central locking kit and the keyless receiver. you might consider spending the extra $10 or $15 for an alarm with keyless entry. I wish I would Have. not to big of a job too wire up, just a bitch to have to take the door and lower dash panels off
