Three things to remember;
1) CPI and CSFI poppet injectors stick closed. 2) CPI and CSFI poppet injectors stick open. 3) All GM injectors are trouble.One stuck closed injector will allow enough O2 into the exhaust that the O2 sensor will see a lean condition and richen the mixture on all the injectors that that sides O2 sensor has authority over.
One really needs full scanner data, full scope data and exhaust gas readings in order to pin-point the problem without throwing parts at the problem until it goes away...
