Once you know where it is, the drain CAN be accessed from the hood area, but it's still tough to get to. You still have to go between two small lines to get to it. Flushed intake area by windshield wipers. Little debris found. Vacuumed out condensate box - it had a few, though not a lot of bits and pieces of leaves. Still leaks at flange inside cabin. Eff it. It goes to the dealer on Monday. Hope my discoveries help somebody.
