Fixed my blower resistor block on a 93 explorer, 4wd, AC for $1.60!
Blower would only work on HI setting. Checked all contacts for continuity. All checked out except where the Thermal Fuse came into the loop. Drilled out bad fuse and inserted Radio Shack #270-1320 in same crimp holes. Problem fixed! Took 1 hour including trip the Radio Shack! Good luck.
