When one drains the radiator by opening the petcock at the bottom of the radiator, does this also drain the block, entirely; if not how much of the block gets drained? Would lifting the rear of the wagon result in complete drainage of the block? Thank you. PS. I'm a 82 yr. old fa** on a fixed and limited income trying to do this work.
