I have an idling problem. When engine is cold the idle is rough and sometimes cuts out. When engine warm and coasting to a halt idle is high at 1800. Only when the wheels stop does the idle fall to correct value.
Speedo is smooth and correct. Two Idle controls valves fitted - no change.
Investigations have led me to check the power steering and clutch position inputs to the ECU. What do these inputs have on the idle speed?
