afternoon mark, had a meeting thursday at joliet on your grievance with andy banicki and ron swartz of labor relations. you know the outcome of course. kicked it up to step two. asked ron swartz if management had ever removed a coaching letter from a file and he thought that yes it had happened. i requested that the letter be removed after three months from the date of the incident, which of course would have had it taken out by now but that didnt flow too good either. will keep you advised if anything else comes up. have a good weekend. john jr

Hi John, Next time write your personal letter while in the the "Inbox" directory. Your using Netscape so maybe you may use your "Cancel Message" command, but I don't thing Supernews will recognize it, though. God Bless America, ßill O|||||||O mailto: snipped-for-privacy@aol.com
