1986 300E Fuel smell - Insists EHA valve was replaced!

Feb 25, 2004 0 Replies

What could be another cause? Unburned Fuel also seems to be dripping out of tail pipe after idling for some time. The passenger floorboard piece is also missing and it seems a little hot on the metal. Does the exhaust pipe go by there on the underside?

Maybe the machanic lied about changing the EHA valve? Any other ideas.
