European versions of the 80's 500 sec have about 240-245 bhp (231 with cat.) for the earlier versions and 252 bhp for the later (I believe after 1986 or so) versions. Are there fundamental differences between these engines and would it be possible to improve the output of an early 500 sec to achieve these 252 bhp ?
