where would i get one or is it fixable?
if i squeeze it a bit the glow lite on dash turns on. my guess is its a board that is cracked in side of it
any ideas

Take it apart and resolder the joints... There are alot of places that rebuilds these relays... mbcoupes.com has a list of part suppliers that caters to MB electronics.
