could someone please tell me if there is, in fact, a drain that the windshield and A/C condensate share. If it does exist, exactly where is it located and how can I unplug it? TIA

Above the rear motor mount. Clean it out with an air compressor and then watch out! Consider replacing the groments that go around the windshield washer arms too, if you're having water problems.
