Mitsubishi Pulls Out of the Dakar Rally

  Mitsubishi has announced that they will be pulling out of the Dakar Rally and all other cross country events.  Like other automotive companies, the decision to withdraw was based on a decline in sales due to the poor economic climate.  Leaving the Dakar with 12 total victories in hand, Mitsubishi's presence will surely be missed by fans of the Dakar Rally by the influence they've had on the sport.  This decision follows Mitsubishi's earlier decision to pull out of the WRC alongside Subaru.  [S...
