Of course my 289 is built, with a hotter cam.
So it puked rusted radiator fluid all over my engine compartment last weekend. The radiator was rodded out a few months back. SO I am hell bent on doing the right thing and getting a new and better radiator. 3 or 4 rows.
So folks, what radiator to buy and where? I want it to be 3 or 4 rows, be a direct bolt on replacement for the original, and be around $200.00.
Looking forward to hearing from informed folks, not lip smackers.

Can't help with what radiator, but the where is easy:

You could use a radiator out for a 1965 Ford Galaxie. You would have to cut the core support on the sides but you would end up with a cooling system that would never over heat. (This modification is what Shelby did with the '65 R-Model Mustangs) If you don't want to cut the core support, (I wouldn't blame you there) Next thing would be to price one of the aftermarket units.
