The sounder is in the same module as the relay making that click. I cannot recall exactly where it is, but yes it is somewhere there in the upper right side of the driver's foot well. It is in an oversized relay module kind of thing.
I for one would just replace the whole module with one from a scrap yard, unless you have particularly easy access to a replacement sounder.
