subject car - lost brakes and i am stuck-- step on brake pedal and it easily goes to floor.
Has Power brakes
- didnt check booster but am assuming that if bad, car would run idle rough which it doesnt -- no change whether i disconect Booster vacuum hose and plug up or keep it attached.
No leaks at rear brake drums, front disc No leaks in lines Changed master cylinder -- and bench bled then installed (cant do final bleed since no brakes - which i have done the pump- hold-loosen bleeder screw- retighten- then do again - which i have gone thru a quart of brake fluid -- fluid does dribble out but doesnt spit out checked brake plunger attached to brake pedal -- which is connected and works
anyone offer other suggestions?
