Has anyone ever run into this ? Any ideas on what the part/fix might be? The one mechanic near me thought it may be a relay of some sort..
Any thoughts on total cost to fix?

Update.. just forgot i had a post in a different forum awhile ago.. Someone suggested to check the DRL diode assembly.. havent had the chance to check it yet.. not sure if this is a costly thing to replace if it is the culprit.
