I own a 1993 Pont. Bonneville Se 3.8 L v-6 w/ 167,000 miles. This car started out shutting down for no reason when warm. I had it hooked up to a diagnostic machine and the code was for the ignition control module, replaced it and all 3 coils and did a tune up, also replaced the 02 sensor. Then I experienced going at Hwy speed stepping on the gas and the car "dogging out" and having to pull off the road, turning it off, sitting for a few min. and starting again going fine for a few miles the same thing happens again. Replaced cadi converter, new exhaust. Similar thing happens again, not so dramatic this time, replaced the cam sensor, and mass air sensor. This is getting rediculously costly. I now start it up go a very short distance and I get this jerking and sputtering. Checked the fuel pump, it registers at 35 pounds of pressure. I?m getting the same symtoms but have replaced everthing I can think of. Every code that pops up has been taken care of. Now I get no code and have the same problem. What in the world is going on? Any ideas?
