1990 944s2

Hi all, the above seems like a reasonable to get ones feet wet with a Porsche Anything to watch out for when buying? I understand the timing belt replacement is important as well then the water pump while one's in there

thanks, guenter

Good choice.

Get maintenance records and an inspection. (yadda^3)

The 944 by that point had the bugs worked out. If it runs well it'll continue to run well. Not too hard to fix and (most) parts aren't exorbident.

It will be 17 years old so rubber seals and hoses all need a check.
