Did any Discos or RRs come with factory installed differential lockers, or is that generally an aftermarket thing?

All depends on the model and year. Most do not as Disco's and RR and not aimed at the real off road markets. The L322 has an ediff lock on most models as does the Disco mark 2. Contact Landrover direct is the best bet
