hope someone can shed some light on this problem. the CO levels on this 416 (k-series) 1997, fluctuate between 0.05 (catalyst fitted) and 4.5% lambda sensor (oxygen sensor) has been replaced and the temp sensor has been replaced. no faults stored in ECU. at idle it runs very lumpy (probably due to being over-rich) but runs much smoother above 2000rpm. tests on emissions unit show the HC levels are excessive at idle too but seem to get much better again above 2000rpm. any suggestions before i start looking at the ECU. regards.
