Anyone have any suggestion for repair shops in the DC/Silver Spring area? Son has a 2003 9-3 with A/C problem. May be the compressor, but not sure. Does not look to be engaging, but also may have insufficient refrigerant. I don't know that insufficient refrigerant would prevent the compressor from engaging.
