I drive a 1999 9-5 wagon. The upper restraint harness runs across my body at the neck level. It is a nuisance and it irritates me. I've noticed that newer Saabs have an adjustment device attached to the pillar but my dealer tells me there is no retro solution for older models.
Can anybody help?
