Saturn 1.9 auto. The car will feel like a "bump" at idle when stopped at a light or stop sign, mostly when engine is warm. Usually has more than a single bump at a time. This also momentarily shuts off the air for a split second if it is on. Hesitates on acceleration and also has bump feel like a miss, 120.000 miles. I have changed fuel filter, fuel pump, vacuum lines, cleaned the tbi, cleaned the egr, put in new plugs, AC rapid fire, and air filter. The engine continues to have this miss. No engine codes are thrown and idle speed is about 600 in gear. Has never had any problems until now and can't figure it out.

If you haven't replaced your plug wires, you're overdue. Same thing happened to my 94 sl1 about 2 months ago. 117K on it. After replacing the wires it was fine. Also check for corrosion on the coil posts and clean then off with emery or very fine sand paper (600+).
I agree with this. Had the same experience with my 96 SL2. Same with my Dakota. It was running like crap and putting out SES codes. A new set of wires took care of the problem.
Don't forget to put dielectric silicone grease inside the wire boots.

Thanks Guys. That was going to be my next step. I have completed it and everything is fine now.
