Ford E350 - 1989 - Very very slow to turn over when hot ( stopping for gas). Starts quickly when cold. Seems to run warm. Have replaced: Radiator, hoses, waterpump, two new cylinder heads, fan clutch and new thermostat(lowered to 180). No leaks, no water in oil, no smoking.
